AAPNZ Professional Development Ltd is managed by a Board of Directors, who can hold their position for five years and include the National President and the Executive Officer as ex-officio members.

At the Annual General Meeting in 2006 a remit was passed that the AGM each year would be titled a Conference of either two or three days duration. The three day conference would happen on perhaps a three year cycle. With improved attendance at these annual conferences it was decided that all the finances each year for these events would be handled through AAPNZ PD Ltd, utilizing the limited liability company as it was intended, for the protection of the Association’s members’ money. This means that there will now be annual activity for AAPNZ PD Ltd.

Liz Signal, Director
Eth Lloyd, Director

The Board meets annually at the Annual General meeting of AAPNZ and as required during the year, usually by conference call to ensure costs are kept to a minimum. This is still the intention but with more activity planning this may need to change.
