AAPNZ Professional Development Ltd
AAPNZ Professional Development Ltd
AAPNZ Professional Development Ltd (“AAPNZ PD Ltd”) is managed by a Board of Directors, who can hold their position for five years, and includes the National President as an ex-officio member.
At the Annual General Meeting in 2006, a remit was passed that the AGM each year would be titled a Conference of either two or three days duration. The three day conference would happen on perhaps a three year cycle. With improved attendance at these annual conferences it was decided that all the finances each year for these events would be handled through AAPNZ PD Ltd, utilising the limited liability company as it was intended, for the protection of the Association's members' money. This means that there will now be annual activity for AAPNZ PD Ltd.
