Just for something different to talk about.. what is your favorite song to work to and what song gets you motivated if you're having a down day at work? .... mine .. on a Monday has to be Manic Monday sung by The Bangles and not forgetting Dolly Parton and 9 to 5...

All the workplaces I have been in have been music-less, until the last 10 years when music could be loaded onto a portable CD/ IPod or something like that, and plugged into the computer, complete with earphones so others were not disturbed. Love the comment of someone who mentioned enjoying the music to the point of dancing and singing along... great stuff... and what a great "micro pause"!!
Used to have a boss who
Used to have a boss who didn't like music playing..so when our new boss started he came in and the radio was going...been like that ever since... we also have a stereo in our break room....really good some days go down if a good song on turn it up have a sing and dance and go back to work happy...cheap therapy we reckon....

Oh how lucky you are to have music playing at your work!! Consider yourself one of the lucky ones. If I did have it, I like Irish, and am also quite keen on Brooke Fraser.
